Every shopper report goes through our QA process before being released. Any internal inconsistencies or missing information is picked up, and any descriptions are checked to make sure that they do not inadvertently offend anyone. This all happens within 24 hours so you get your results within one business day.
We have an online QUERY facility, so that clients can direct any queries direct to Shadow Shopper.
Clients can see all queries online, and track what queries are being made and the responses.
