Shadow Shopper provides a scheduling service for other mystery shopping companies. With appropriate confidentiality and non-competition agreements in place, you can use our network of shoppers to service your clients' mystery shopping needs.
National Coverage
We have national coverage of 25,000+ shoppers. We can quickly select, contact and schedule shoppers for you. We will forward your instructions and submission requirements, and shoppers will submit their results using the method you require.
If you require shoppers to be registered with your site then this can be arranged. You can pay the shoppers directly, or for a small additional fee we can pay them for you.
Demographic Segmentation
Our shopper database can be segmented on demographic variables (age, gender, location, income, housing, education, home ownership etc), lifestyle (living arrangments, family, children, pets etc) and consumer behaviour (frequency of eating out, staying in hotels etc).
We can match our shoppers to the demographics of your client's customer.
Shopper Selection
We individually select and assign shoppers to assignments, matching them to customer profiles. We do not use 'first in best dressed' methods, or permit shoppers to select jobs for themselves.
Our Preferred Shopper Program, where every shopper is graded and receives feedback after every assignment, identifies and rewards good, reliable shoppers who go the extra mile. Preferred Shoppers get preference for assignments.
